Italian Tomato Sauce

Preparation

 

In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add all ingredients in the pan except cheese and simmer for 30 mins.

Use the sauce to toss your pasta or for meat balls and even sausages.

Garnish with cheese and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 500ml cans tomato puree
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Keya Basil 
  • 1 teaspoon Keya Salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Keya Ground Pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon Keya Italian Seasoning 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
