1. Mix 2 tbsp Keya Coastal Fish Fry Masala, 4 tbsp lime juice, 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ajwain, salt to taste, and water (optional) to make a smooth paste.
2. Apply the paste on 500g of any fish of your choice and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Heat enough oil and shallow fry.
4. Garnish with fried curry leaves and lemon wedges.
