1. Take 4 boiled eggs in a bowl, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
2. Sauté eggs in oil. For curry, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 green chillies, and sauté till golden brown.
3. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Keya Egg Curry Masala, water and let it simmer. Add tomatoes, mix well and grind the mixture.
4. Put eggs in the curry, add coriander leaves. Bring it to simmer. Your Egg Curry is ready to serve!
