Aloo Mutter Sabji Recipe: 1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a kadhai, add 1 tsp cumin, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté. Add 1 bowl of chopped onions, cook till golden brown.
2. Add 1/2 bowl finely chopped tomatoes and cook till soft. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder and little water.
3. Add 1 bowl each of potato cubes and green peas, add enough water.
4. Add 2 tbsp Keya Shahi Sabji Masala, and cook for 5 mins on a low flame.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and your Aloo Mutter is ready to serve!
