Recipes

Mughlai Chicken Biryani

1. Marinate 500g chicken with 1 bowl curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, lime juice, fried onions, 2 tbsp Keya Mughlai Chicken Biryani Masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, and coriander.
2. Boil 250g Basmati rice with ghee (80% cooked) and strain.
3. Heat oil, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 large finely chopped onions & tomatoes, cook till soft. Add salt, 3 tbsp Keya Mughlai Chicken Biryani Masala, and marinated chicken.
4. Once cooked, layer the rice and chicken, add a tbsp of ghee & saffron mixed in milk; sprinkle fried onions and coriander on top. Dum cook for 10 minutes and biryani is ready to serve!
