Recipes

Veg Dum Biryani

1. Boil 250g Basmati rice with ghee (80% cooked), and strain.
2. Marinate mixed vegetables (Potatoes, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Carrots, Onions, Paneer) with 2 tbsp Keya Veg Dum Biryani Masala, 1/2 bowl curd, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, & lime juice.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tsp cumin, 3 large finely chopped onions and tomatoes, cook till soft. Add 1 tbsp Keya Veg Dum Biryani Masala, & vegetables; cook for 15 minutes.
4. Layer rice with vegetables. Add 1 tbsp of ghee, saffron mixed in milk; sprinkle fried onions and coriander on top. Dum cook for 10 minutes and Veg Biryani is ready to serve!
