Bharwa Capsicum Recipe: 1. For stuffing, mash 4 medium sized boiled potatoes, add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion, 1/4 bowl chopped coriander.
2. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp aamchur (dry mango) powder, and 1/2 tsp Keya Zaikedar Garam Masala; mix well.
3. Scoop out the seeds from 4 capsicums, fill with the stuffing and shallow fry in oil from all sides.
4. Cook for 10 minutes with the lid on and your Bharwa Capsicum is ready to serve!
